We opened our first store in 1994 in Vancouver thanks to the support of Christine Magee and Stephen Gunn, our founders, and Gordon Lownds. The Sleep Country showroom welcomed customers with outstanding customer service, courteous sales representatives who the customers met. Those employees knew the company's many products, answered questions, and helped the buyers make decisions. Although customers praised the products, some commented about one drawback; they wish the company would improve its website so customers can use promo cards. Sleep Country provides quick delivery, online shopping, website browsing they pledge Donate a Bed (DAB) for any purchase. Brent sold me a bed that I accepted reluctantly; he quoted a budget and never pushed me to buy more. My family is now peaceful in our home.
