Reviews Summary
Mattress Mart Ottawa glance through and same-day delivery service both new and consigned mattresses. That is where the positives end, because many customers report terrible experiences and say the owners, Basil, Dan and Bob, charge the worst customer service they’ve ever seen. Many clients say the same thing—that the establishment charges their accounts for mattresses they’ve never received, refuses refunds on those products and that the warehouse refuses to halt such errant charges. This has left financial wounds in some cases. Many clients have lost money and are unable to extricate themselves from the strange experience of the company. Buyers notice what seems to be a fake culture of nice salespeople, as they mention ET and what appear to be planted reviews as they talk about this horrible institution. Take it from a Redditor, a guy with manwig123 in his username, that people need to better research where they buy their mattresses before they lose time, energy and money on horror. Choose a better mattress store in Ottawa.
