DO NOT BUY FROM Sleepare – Horrible Customer Service and Misleading Practices! I had a terrible experience with Sleepare after spending over $3,000 on a Helix Elite mattress and motorized base. The company claims to offer a 100-day trial, but when I needed an exchange due to discomfort, their customer service vanished, leaving me in pain and frustration. I requested an exchange after just over a month. Sleepare sent me two boxes, which I thought included a mattress and a topper – but it was only toppers. My original mattress was removed, and I was left with no proper mattress for TWO WEEKS, forcing me to sleep on an air mattress, which caused severe back and neck pain. During this time, I decided to cancel the exchange and return everything. I filled out the return form but received no response from Sleepare. Despite the physical pain, they proceeded with the exchange and ignored my cancellation. The replacement mattress finally arrived, but it was also uncomfortable, making my pain worse. When I asked to return the replacement mattress, I was told that, due to the exchange, I was no longer eligible for a return. This policy was never explained to me – it’s unethical and possibly illegal. I emailed the manager, as instructed, but got no response. Sleepare's customer service is atrocious, their policies are misleading, and their communication is nonexistent. I’m now stuck with an uncomfortable, expensive mattress that causes me pain. Save yourself the trouble, frustration, and back pain – avoid Sleepare at all costs.
