Sleep Number

My wife and i went into store saturday was showed the diffrent beds that was available . They found our sleep # we purchased bed adjustable frame 2 sets sheets and matress protector .Was told several times we would have our bed in 3 weeks before we left we were told no dates available try tommorow . MY wife was torn between 2 diffrent fabric choices She was told by manager if she changed her mind to call right away sunday at 10 am she called several times to no answere . when i got home at 2 she was complaining about the situation i told her to call from my cell amazingly enough they answered and told at that point she would have to call another #. She called the # and was put on hold and transfered several times finally it was taken care of but still no delivery dates. She was told to call back monday for delivery date still none monday night she was called by hte manager again and was told our bed was going to be delivered mid january .Tuesday morning she told me this i called store manager was given a # to call but leave his name out of it . i called # was told that there was nothing they could do about it wuth the purchase of the head board it 6+ weeks . Icalled my lawyer and was told to call and get another customer rep so i did she was very friendly asked how she could help . I told her i would like 2 remotes for the bed cost of less than 100.00 dollars . For my bed to be delivered in the 3 weeks as promised and set up and for the head board and frame i would wait on another 3+ weeks . She said she would take it to her manager and call me back . She called back next morning telling me she had good news they were going to give me the 2 remotes but would not make 2 deliveries to me . I told her to keep them . My wife and i spent 11000.00 dollars. I feel Wwe were lied to to just get the sale everything was great but now they have our money all we get is brushed off and given #s to call would not recomend this store to my worst enemy !!!! 0 stars is to much
