Many clients had a good experience at this retailer, as did I. Charu, Ed, and Rahman provided super helpful and patient customer service and consultancy throughout the sleep experience process. Charu was mentioned many times, and experienced sleep product lovers were delighted with their buying decision. Nonetheless, many people complained about the late in arriving, unprofessional delivery staff, which took away from their positive feelings about the retailer. Even though the delivery method led to so much negativity, the retailer is highly recommended due to their good customer service, and I will return because of the great experience I had.
