Reviews Summary
The customers expressed satisfaction with the team members as they helped them select the right mattress that fits within their price range. The members are particularly helpful at the store, and 1 shopper was overwhelmed by how Val’s input made him feel at ease. Furthermore, the customers mentioned the support of the staff, who went out of their way to help them address back problems. The staff are also divergent with most salespersons, as they are not pushy, and these customers went to the shop expecting the worst. My conclusions are that the service was helpful, as adjustments and various mattress prices jo3l on the shopper who walked in.
