I see myself as a consumer who sets high expectations when it comes to salespersons - who need to persuade you to choose their company for the product your looking to buy. The expectations include, knowledge of the product, a genuine nature of actual concern that the buyer gets the right product, a sales person who listens and talks with you, not at you, the answers are a reflection of the question - not rote. I bought the bed because I wanted it, on my own terms “it wasn’t sold to me”. That makes for a decision without regret. Chris has a very good way about him - regular guy, not hyped. If I’m a owner, that’s the guy I want running my store and instilling that blend of knowledge and style in my salespeople. Great experience - to boot, over the phone!! John Webster NY
