After all the hype of IKEA coming to Dartmouth crossing we made the trip from Truro to purchase closet systems for our new home . We were given a print out of the system we had chosen and told to verify our measurements and come back when we had verified all measurements and that they had all pieces in stock . Four days later we make the second trip to pick up our new closet systems ( prices comparable to Wayfair; where we will now be purchasing them ) after searching for an employee for that department to do our order my husband found a group of employees talking so he asked for assistance and what he was there for .. only to be told that the girl that “knows all about those things “ had gone home for the day . This was at 2:00pm in the afternoon . So apparently you can only have someone assist you in that department before two pm. He was then told to make an appointment and come back . This would not have been an issue if we were told to do that by the gentleman on our previous visit . He seemed very knowledgeable and never mentioned that they were only able to assist you at certain times of the day . All in all a complete disappointment .
